Innovation and Entrepreneurship Federation of CCS NIAM, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, is a leading Agri Incubator under the RKVY-RAFTAAR scheme by the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare. Established in January 2019 within the Chaudhary Charan Singh National Institute of Agricultural Marketing (CCS NIAM), the Federation accelerates startups in agriculture, food processing, logistics, and rural innovation. As a national leader among Agri Incubators, it delivers end-to-end incubation services, including mentorship, funding, infrastructure, and market access, empowering agripreneurs across India.

The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Federation of CCS NIAM offers comprehensive incubation services tailored for Agri Incubators and startups:
Agri-preneurship Orientation Programme (AOP): Pre-seed stage mentoring with funding support up to ₹5 lakh.
Startup Agri-Business Incubation Programme (SAIP): Seed-stage funding up to ₹25 lakh for startups ready for market entry.
Market Linkages & Buyer Connect: Strategies for B2B/B2C sales, exports, and procurement models.
Mentorship Network: Access to CCS NIAM experts, agri-marketing professionals, and business mentors.

Eligibility & Application
Eligibility: The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Federation of CCS NIAM invites applications from Indian citizens with innovative and scalable ideas in agriculture, agribusiness, and allied sectors such as post-harvest technology, logistics, food processing, and agri-marketing. Eligible applicants include agri-graduates, rural innovators, student entrepreneurs, and registered startups. For the Agri-preneurship Orientation Programme (AOP), applicants should be at the ideation or early prototype stage. For the Startup Agri-Business Incubation Programme (SAIP), applicants must have a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) or be ready for commercialization.
Application: Interested candidates can apply online through the official CCS NIAM portal during designated call periods. The application process requires uploading key documents such as Aadhaar card, pitch deck, CV, and startup registration proof (if available). Each application is evaluated based on the innovation level, business scalability, and the potential socio-economic impact of the proposed idea. Selected applicants will be onboarded into the respective program (AOP or SAIP) and receive tailored support, funding, and mentorship from the CCS NIAM Agri Incubator team.

Leadership: The Agri Incubator is led by CCS NIAM’s expert team specializing in agri-policy, marketing, and innovation. The leadership promotes entrepreneurial excellence aligned with key government schemes like RKVY-RAFTAAR, Startup India, and PMFME.
